Debbie Norford-Jones

A believer in yoga and its principles, Debbie has long understood yoga’s potential to create a healthy, toned and supple body. However, when some years ago she suffered serious, multiple fracture, leg injury, yoga played a key role in restoring her body and mind to full health, she realised that it could offer so much more.  She graduated as an accredited Yoga Alliance Teacher at the renowned Sampoorna Yoga School, in Goa, India.

Debbie offers alignment, dynamic ashtanga yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, mindfulness meditation, and Pranayama (breathing) – along with her own brand of ‘shaping yoga’, which challenges and tones the body. She is also able to offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate students with injuries and physical limitations.

Debbie offers group classes and one on one sessions for rehabilitation and pre and post natal yoga.

In 2014 Debbie completed a nutrition and food science degree and practises what she has learned at the Kabinga Retreat ensuring every meal is nutritionally balanced.

Debbie has since trained in Aerial Yoga - yoga suspended in silks, and facial yoga. In 2020 Debbie also completed an Ayurvedic Body Profiling Course and along with Jules, has attended many related workshops.

Jules Morrow

Following a successful career in international brand design and innovation, Jules’s own ‘eureka moment’ came when she realised there was more to life than big business. After many hours of studying and practice, she became a fully qualified holistic therapist in 2001.  Jules’s signature treatments include aromatherapy and therapeutic massage, reflexology, reiki, Indian head massage, and holistic facials.

A believer in embracing life changing experiences, Jules enrolled at a yoga workshop and her eyes were opened to the physical, emotional and mental benefits of yoga. So much so, that she was motivated to train as a yoga teacher under Swami Deepak Sharma at Sampoorna Yoga School - Goa, India. More recently Jules has completed another training course in Ayur Eco Ashram in Mysore, India. Jules continues her practise on and off the mat, deepening her knowledge of yogi philosophy and Ayurverda.

Jules teaches vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, pranayama breathing and chakra meditation. Aligned to her deep knowledge of holistic therapies, this enables Jules to energise, strengthen and restore mind, body and spirit.

In 2020 Jules completed her Kundalini Global Yoga certification, and more recently her advanced Reiki Practitioner exams. Jules also attends regular related workshops.
