Terms & Conditions

- Non refundable , non transferable a deposit of 20% is due for each person upon registration.
- You can register online and you will be sent an email confirming availability and pricing.
- Balance of monies due shall be paid not less than 2 weeks prior to date of Retreat.
- Bookings within 2 weeks must be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

If payment not received by due date, Kabinga Retreat reserves the right to cancellation and keep the deposit.

- No transfers permitted.
- No refunds will be made for failure to attend or complete the Retreat experience.

Limitation & Liability

Kabinga Retreat can not be help responsible nor liable for injury, illness or loss or damage to personal property nor obligations derived from travel arrangements or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
