Yoga is the core part of Kabinga, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this is a wonderful place for you to discover Yoga! Yoga is a journey not a destination, and with each day we become more in tune with our innermost selves.
Holistic Treatments
All of our holistic treatments take place either in the Kabinga Pavillion, by the pool or under the trees in the garden.
Soothe your body and mind with a blissful massage, customised to your individual requirements, and relax as the aches, pains and tension of everyday life simply melt away.
We also offer reiki, reflexology, facials, manicures and pedicures.

Treatment Menu
Food
Food is lovingly prepared in abundance at Kabinga with 'in season' delicious fruit and vegetables from the Kabinga Garden and the local market.
Menu’s change daily and we are able to make changes for any dietary requirements you might have, however please advise when booking if you have any allergies.
We are also able to offer juicing, raw food and diet weekends if you would like to detox or kickstart a weightless programme. This is purely optional, of course.
